Submitting a form does not hold dates, confirm a booking, or charge your payment method. Saint James will verify availability and provide the applicable rate and terms before you commit.

A complete quote, before you decide

Ask for the total cost, including applicable taxes, cleaning charges, deposits, and optional services. Minimum stays, occupancy, pet rules, accessibility features, cancellation terms, and check-in arrangements vary by residence and must be confirmed.

Existing platform reservations

If you booked through Airbnb, Vrbo, or another listing service, use the agreed booking and communication process for that reservation. Its terms remain in effect. Future direct stays are separate arrangements.

Business and insurance placements

Company payment, insurance authorization, invoicing, extensions, and any third-party responsibilities require confirmation. Saint James does not determine insurance coverage or promise an insurer will pay.

Private arrival information

Property entry information and other sensitive arrival details are shared privately with confirmed guests. Public QR guides do not contain door codes or guest records.
